          5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

          CasaWebShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier's tracking system.
          If your item arrives damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the carrier and assist you.
